Scissor Pocket or Case Exchange Attn Iza and Gillie

Hi Ladies,

Since I am interested in starting up a new exchange here I thought I'd lend a hand to make sure the exchanges outstanding are all wrapped up.  I hope you all don't mind?

Can you share with us if Iza /5horizons or Gillie received her scissor case / keeper?  Thanks, Mare

  1. You know what, Mare, I didn't! I sent one to Italy but did not receive. PS I don't like the look of the comment above this one!

  2. Sorry about that Gillie, not sure who was sending to you. If you email me your address and favorite colors/ themes and such and I don't mind waiting I will stitch a pin cushion for you.

I know what you mean about those posts but I think only the blog owner can delete them. DO NOT click on them, I am told they can link to a virus or porn.

  3. I haven't received mine also :( I've almost forgotten about it, as since then I've successfully finished the pincushion exchange.

  4. Mare, that's sweet, but please don't worry about it. Set us up in a nice pumpkin exchange and I'll be happy, lol! Has no-one heard from Nita, I am worried? :(

  5. It isn't a problem Gillie, in case you change your mind. I am a pretty prolific stitcher but I usually do not post my finishes until I've done all of my finishing. Isa that also goes for you too, just shoot me an email of you'd like me to stitch and send you a scissor case. I have emailed Nita and will let you all know if I hear back from her.

  6. Mare, thank you so much for your sweet offer, but it's really not necessary. I'm just glad my scissor pocket arrived safely. Maybe we'll be partners in one of the next exchanges. :) By the way, the pumpkin exchange is not happening?

  7. Isa, let us let Nita catch up and see where we stand on with those folks who still need to update us on whether they sent or received. Many people, myself included, catch up with their stitchy friends and blogs on weekends. Once we get a little closure on the loose ends then we can discuss it further. I am still planning to stitch a few fun pumpkins. There are elegant, scary, fun, quaker, french, and celtic pumpkins. I love the charming sweet fun pumpkins. I almost bought another chart with mice and cats playing hide and seek behind pumpkins. I don't generally make pin keeps but I do really love making mail art. I have done 4 so far and I had a hard time parting with each of them. They are so much fun to make!
